God has a plan and purpose for all his children. We are called to discover it and fulfil it according to his will. In the world that we live in today, it’s more important now than ever for young people to discover this.
Research today shows that many teens are struggling to cope with school and life challenges. With added pressures of social media in an ever changing complex and uncertain world, mental health issues, such as anxiety and eating disorders, addiction and depression have become more common, and the incidents of bullying, self-harm and suicide have increased. It doesn’t have to be this way.
