OVERVIEW
In normal circumstances, Year 12 is a rollercoaster ride and stressful year for most students and parents across Australia. The pressure to perform, the fear of failure, a mountainous study load and waves of future uncertainty represent some of the stressors ordinarily experienced by students. Stress is a normal part of life and essential for building resilience. It cannot be avoided. What can be avoided is distress.
