Research shows many young people are struggling to cope with school and life challenges. With added pressures of COVID-19, mental health issues, such as anxiety and eating disorders, addiction, and depression, have increased, and the incidents of bullying, self-harm, and suicide have increased. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Engaging, interactive, and impactful, students discover:
• The “5 monkeys” shaping poor mental health in young people
• Healthy and practical ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression, and build their emotional muscle.
• The power of reaching out and breaking the ‘fear’ barrier.
