Covid-19 Safety Plan
As part of Daniel’s delivery of student wellbeing programs at primary and high schools, a plan is in place to create and maintain a safe environment for students, staff and parents in adherence to the advice of NSW Health, as follows.
WELLBEING OF STAFF, STUDENTS & PARENTS
In the event that Daniel is unwell, he will not enter school grounds and advise the school in order to arrange a rescheduling.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Where reasonably practical, Daniel will ensure staff and students maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing at all times, including during breaks and meeting rooms. As an alternative to shaking hands, Daniel would ask and prefer if staff and students either wave from a distance or do a yoga bow.
HYGIENE & CLEANING – BEFORE & WHILE ON SCHOOL GROUNDS
While onsite, Daniel will ensure good hand hygiene practices using sanitiser upon entering and leaving school grounds. While flying or on any public transport or while in public areas, Daniel will wear a surgical mask for added protection.
COVID19 HOTSPOT
If Daniel has travelled to a known hotspot, he will be isolated for 14 days and not resume onsite delivery until tests confirm a COVID19 negative result.
RECORD KEEPING
Daniel will keep a record of name and a mobile number or email address for all employees, volunteers, visitors and contractors for a period of at least 28 days.
